BookCrew Appointment Reminders

Program Description

BookCrew sends automated SMS appointment confirmations and reminders on behalf of small service businesses using the BookCrew scheduling platform. Messages are triggered by customer actions such as booking or confirming an appointment.

Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 2 to 4 SMS messages per appointment — a booking confirmation, one or two reminders before your appointment, and a cancellation notice if your appointment is cancelled.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, contact the business directly.

Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. The mobile phone number you provide for appointment messaging is used only to deliver those messages and is never shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
